How can i reset the odometer to 0 on my console? I have an old console with a tac that i want but i want the miles set at 0. That way i can write down how many miles i actually have, write it down and tape to the new console and go from 0 and not 5470 which i dunno where that came from.

You would have to roll it forward from where ever it is now until it rolls over again to all 0's... I think. Trying to turn it back any other way will make the tamper resistant stuff (silver stuff on the numbers) show up, so any time you would go to sell it you'd be suspect as a tamperer, even if you show them the original miles and even if you know you're honest. Might turn a potential buyer off on the deal... Just some thoughts...
