hopefully this isnt a big problem

My truck seems to pull to the left a little and i seem to be holding the steering wheel a little to the right to keep it straight. When i just let it roll forward with my hands off the wheel it veers left a little. Any ideas? im completly stumped.

Get it aligned. Also check to make sure the left caliper isn't sticking a little (the rim will be very hot after driving a little way if the caliper is sticking. But my guess would be that it needs an alignment.

Also check tire pressure. It may be too easy to be a fix and will probably need an alignment, but its worth a shot anyway.
