fan shroud

A quick question about my fan shroud, I'm adding a 2 inch lift to my 88 blazer what do I do about the fan shroud? Is there a special one I must buy or simply home make it to fit? Seeing that the radiator and engine will be at different angles and how about the cooling lines for my tranny? Any input from you guys will help a lot.

I`d rather push a Chev than drive a Ford

Re: fan shroud

You have to cut the bottom of the fan shroud. The shroud holds the rad in place, so moving it would take a little creative engineering. Cutting the shroud hasn't affected my cooling.

My tranny lines rubbed the serpentine belt. I just bent them down an inch or so.

Good luck with the install.

Hit? Them tires rub. Rubbin's off roadin.
