Question about the clutch

How far off of the floor should the clutch engage? Before I replaced my clutch, it was catching near the top . Now, it catches about half-way up. Is this correct, or does it catch closer to the bottom? It is a hydraulic (wet) clutch that "cannot be adjusted" and I did bleed the system after installation. Thanks in advance....

Re: Question about the clutch

Mine catches just before half way up.

Re: Question about the clutch

Yeah, I think I read somewhere (instructions?) that the clutch goes through a "break-in" period . Not sure how accurate this is or what it means....
