2.8 V6 Timing Chain Replacement

Well, I'm getting ready to replace the timing chain on my XJ (2.8V6, 100K miles). Any advice or suggestions? Any gotcha's I should know about? Things I should look out for? Anything else I should replace while I'm in there? Thanks.

G, I wrote a little article after I did my '90 2.8, if you would like a copy drop me a line at [email protected]*.c*m and I will send it to you.
Remove the anti-spam astericks and replace them with "o".
