TSLs and Boggers

Hey guys,
Im looking for a new set of mud tires. I want a set of boggers for my truck and want 33's. But 33 inch boggers will not fit in the front but will fit in the rear. I was thinking that i could go with a pair of TSL bias ply in the front and a pair of boggers in the rear. The front will be 33x10.5x15 and the rear will be 33x14.00x15. Will this set up work if not any ideas. Thanks

Re: TSLs and Boggers

They don't make a 33X10.50 TSL bias, but they do make a radial. One of the common setups I see for running shallow mud is 34X9.50 front & 33X14 Bogger rear. For deeper stuff with presumably a 6-cylinder engine, you might consider just running TSL's all the way around. Either 34X9.50, 33X12.50, or 32X9.50 - truth be told, those will probably outperform 33" Boggers on a stock truck. BTW, both the 34X9.50 & 33X12.50 are somewhat taller than the 33" Bogger.

Re: TSLs and Boggers

hey tex thanks,
i just saw that they did make them. I think im going with the 34's becuase of the height of the tire. i have the 32x10.5s the kick a$$ in the mud so i can only guess what the 34's will do. Thanks for the help.

Re: TSLs and Boggers

34's rule. If you can fit 'em on, you'll do extremely well with them. I'm not a fan of bias ply tires on the road, but you'll be unstoppable in the slop!
