knock knock

ok guys i got a good one that problem nobody has the answer to k ive noticed that when im crusing down the road in my blazer with a 4.3 when i get up to about 50 mph and around 2k rpm's i get a knocking noise and it sounds like its on the passanger side next to the fire wall but thats the time i hear it around 50mph and when i give it the gas it dont speed up and it doesnt slow down its just a steady tap-nock noise from about 50 to 53 mph but it doesnt do it anyother time so any info would help

Actually, Im afraid I cant diagnose this one. Is the noise in the engine ? I wonder iif its timing chain slap, or a worn piston pin hole. It could also be bearing trouble or detonation, but I think its something else, like a what?? Im clueless,lol.

steering bushings??suspension bushings, t-arm bushings?? does it do it when you turn the wheel or stop??? does it do it over bumps or all the time...I had an odd problem of a strange rattle...in the front end took forever to figure out that there was a dead animal wedged between my wheels and my chassis..it was real nasty
