4.3L Vortec tune-up - forgetting anything?

The idle is getting pretty rough in my `96 ZR2 and I think it's time for a tune-up. It's got a 5-speed so I'm not changing the trans fluid & filter. Am I forgetting anything?

- Fuel filter
- Spark plugs
- Plug wires
- Cap & rotor
- PCV valve

This is all the stuff I normally replace on my older Chevy's but I haven't been under the hood of this truck much. I run K&N air filters on my trucks so I'm just going to wash out and re-oil it.

If you have a lot of miles on it, change the O2 sensor too. Most people don't change them 'til they go bad, but I've been told they lose some of their accuracy after 50k miles. Has the tranny and rear end fluid ever been changed? If not I would change them too, I am kinda anal retentive about my maintance.
Can't think of anything else right now.

Hit? Them tires rub. Rubbin's off roadin.
