transfer case question?

I have a 1988 4x4 S10 Blazer. 2.8 V6 automatic. It has the NP 207 transfer case. I am having a problem with the transfer case slipping out of gear. I can barely drive it down my street. I have checked all the vacuum lines, fluid level is good on the transfer case, linkage is good, Does anyone know why this might be happening? Thanks

I changed the vacuum switch on the transfer case and nothing changed. Could the problem internal or maybe the actuator on the passenger fender well.
