99 Blazer - Rear disc Caliper replacement ?????

Guys (Gals),
I need to replace a sticky rear disc brake caliper on my wife's 99 Blazer. Is it just like standard bleeding procedures when you replace a caliper, or is there some ABS-take-it-somewhere-else procedure?

I am replacing it because it sticks on the new pads and rotors I put on before it ruins them. I can move the piston, but it just won't release. The drivers side caliper was fine.

There's nothing special that I know of that you need to do to bleed the brakes... But you might need to bleed the brakes a couple times to get it right. The only ABS component on the rears that should be there is the sensor, which is just a magnetic pickup anyway. The rest of it is done at the ABS module...
