Jimmy HVAC controls help ???
 

Hello,
I jumped over from the Toyota board to try to do a search and get some help for my father, but no luck so I am posting this.

He has a 95 Jimmy 4dr 4wd and has been having trouble with the HVAC system. The door that controls the vent position is only staying in defrost mode. Now we have found that it is a vacuum leak that will not acuate the door position damper fully, but we cannot seem to find from where it is leaking. We have replaced several vacuum lines in the engine bay, and have replaced the HVAC switch assembly.

Does anyone have a diagram of the vacuum system and the routing of all the hoses, so we can trace down the leaks???

Does anyone have a FSM the haynes manual doesn't show anything??
