looking for a new truck

Well I got rid of my blazer. Man I love bulding them up and selling them for more than what put in them. I bought it for $9000 and invested $1500 in parts and got $12000 for it. Now I am on the hunt for a truck nothing too expensive this time. I want too spend less than $2000 for a good running 4x4 single cab S-10 with a five speed manual transmission. I need a hunting truck and something the New 2003 tracker can come and try and rescue from the unforgiving hole of trouble I tend to get myself into all the time.

Re: looking for a new truck

Hey man,
I got an 84 S-10 blazer with a monual trans that has about 1 year of use and an 87 rear end. it has a 3in body lift and the tortion bars are crancked. It does have it's problems though. It leakes like most 2.8's and it could use a carb. it also has a electrical short somewhere in the radio wiring. I would have it fixed but I am in Iraq and I can not fix it from here. But I am willing to part with it. I have a Jeep I am trying to rebuild so I can use the money. Make ma an offer. You can see picks of it in 4x_4life photo album on here.

you can e-mail me a reply if you are interested. I have never had any problems with being stuck and I have burried the front wheels in mud.

Oh it also has new half shafts and stearing linkage.
