Question about front driveshaft doing the jig...

I had a vibration up front above 50mph couldnt figure out what it was then I took the front driveshaft off and it quit, ok no problem one of the joints was in pretty bad shape so I replaced both like a good offroader, then took the two pieces of driveshaft apart cleaned and regreased put back together and put the hole thing back in.............50mph here it comes again, vibration. I'm going out on a limb here and assume the hole thing is bad, its all straight but when the two pieces fit together its not a perfect fit you can move it, not very much but can I assume thats what its coming from and theres no fix for this....
Thanx in advance Josh

front chunk might not be disengaging. check the vac lines. front shaft ain't supposed to turn when in 2wd on our units.

I did not know that, my front driveshaft spins everytime I drive in 2wd, does the vacuum line need to be cleaned or replaced??
