Why would my lower ball joints be bad again?

Just got back from having my tires rotated on my 91' s10 blazer and they told me my lower ball joints were bad. I had the uppers and lowers replaced last fall only for the lowers to fail a few weeks later. I had the lowers replaced again with the same brand (moog) they put on before. Now I come to find out their bad again. I've been having handling problems for a little over a month and just thought I needed to have the tires rotated but I guess that wasn't my problem.

Does anyone have any clue or suggestions as to why the lowers would keep going out. I don't travel offroad or have oversized tires on my vechile. The tires I have now are 30's. I'm going to have this all done under warranty as well as have them replace my bushings, but this really confuses me.
