Help with Gas Leak

My fuel pump went out so i replaced it with a new fuel pump. The next day i noticed a gas leak. I dropped the gas tank again and i relized the washer ring that holds the fuel pump to the tank was bend and rusted. I bought a new one replaced it and i just drove to get gas. I checked the top of the gas tank and i noticed gas was still leaking from between the gas tank top. I drive a 94 s-10 blazer 4door 4wd. I dunno what else would be making the tank leak. I put in a new rubber washer too. Please help

Re: Help with Gas Leak

I had the same problem , I had to change my fuel pump and when I did the fittings on each end for the air to flow from front to back had worked loose from taking the hoses off of them, cheack them. And a little note on them, just because they feel like they are on right doesn't mean they are. I messes mine up, JB weld time!!!! The fittings are hard to get when it is a newer s10 unless you want to pay the stealership!
