small block

I am rebuilding my 1992 chevy blaser and i want to know if anyone has any info on small blocks that i can put in my blazer. so if anyone could let me know any online sites or anyone to attack pleas replay

depending on what kind of injection setup you have, the venerable 350 is the best choice. If you can find a vortec 327 (5.3L) out of a 99+ fullsize and are willing to do a HEAP of electical work for the SFI, I'd run with that one too. but the 350 is a guaranteed fit and uses the same mounts & bellhousing as the 4.3

The 350 does use the same bellhousing bolt pattern but it doesn't use the same motormounts as the 4.3. The answer to most of your questions is in the JTR book. Go buy it, it's only $30 and has a ton of info.

I coulda SWORN it used the same mounts.

Meh! dropping a 350 into the Grizzmobile is still a good ways off.
