Analyzer results from Engine Code

Alright, I had the mysterious activity on the HVAC that I believe to be related to a vaccum leak, then I developed a rough idle, now a terrible miss. I have still not addressed this problem but am starting to feel it is not related to the erratic nature of the engine.
I have had the vehicle's OBDII system read and the analyzer came up with as follows,
PO3000B Engine MisFire
CYL. 2 = 2 MF
CYL. 3 = 22MF
CYL. 4 = 2 MF
CYL. 5 = 1749 MF
CYL. 6 = 3 MF
Also it pulled up a low voltage reading on the #3 O2 sensor that we believe is realated to the bad misfire on #5...
What do you guys make of this? Any guesses? I am hoping to just find a nasty cap and rotor, I did just replace these about a year and a half ago and that was not many miles ago. I will find out here soon, next couple days, if it is fuel or spark related. All diagnosses and ideas would be very helpful I can always use the info., thanks in advance I do appreciate it.
Oh I always forget to let you know what I am working on here, this is a 96 S-10, 4X4, X-model 4.3, with a couple goodies nothing substantial worth mentioning. Thanks again Wayne
