RAUNCHO RS9000 WHAT DO YA THINK
They have a special coming apr. 1 buy 3 get one free. Good Deal Huh? Well This Shock project started out with a $120.00 budget, Now has increased to about 190.00 for the rancho shocks. Another thought is that if I buy the Rauncho 9000, I know ill end up buying the remote control setup for adjustibility and versatility. ADD 130.00 For this option. And we havent even started to talk about Stabilizers yet. Found a Deal on raunco 30.00. So How are the 9000? Jason
Re: RAUNCHO RS9000 WHAT DO YA THINK
I ran them on my old Toyota before I found Bilsteins. The adjustability is pretty good, but it depends on the terrain you hit as far as response goes. I didn't get the remote; didn't think I needed it and didn't mind getting down and adjusting them by hand.
The only problem with my application was that they heated up too fast and shock fade was a bad problem. But you'll get that with all applications using a twin tube oil shock.
If you do the slower rock crawl thing they'll probably do you pretty well... The remote is a good thing only if you enjoy the lazy factor...
