Edelbrock intake?

Does anyone know if the Edelbrock Intake manifold for the 2.8 V6 will fit on the 3.4 V6?

Re: Edelbrock intake?

Drew, any intake which fits on a RWD 2.8 will fit the RWD version of the 3.4. A friend of mine is running a Camaro 3.4 in his '85 Blazer, with a Holley 500 CFM 4-bbl and Edelbrock Performer intake. He said it was running a bit rich, so he rejetted the carb. Other than that, no tuning problems at all. BTW the Edelbrock is a 2-part intake, with a common bottom and optional 4-bbl and 2-bbl tops. The 4-bbl is not emissions legal, since it has no provisions for EGR. The 2-bbl version does have EGR and is certified as a replacement. Hope this Helps....ed
