im not a hummer guy, so bear with me.

anyway, how does CTIS work? reason im askin is cause i want it on my yukon [img]images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] next question - can CTIS be retrofitted to another vehicle ...say, a yukon?

I beleive it is an option on the modern GM CUCV's, which are basically camo Tahoes and 1 tons. So it probably could be retrofitted. Expensive as hell though. No real advantage in it unless you plan on people shooting out your tires and having to keep moving.[img]images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

There's a compressor mounted on the vehicle, and lines running to the hubs, and from there the tires. You select a lower psi and it lets air out, you select a higher psi and it pumps air in. That's the general version of how it works.
