I have a 1995 Ford F-150 that needs a rearend rebuild, i cant find an in-depth manual to tell me step by step how to do it. Wanting to know where to find one and where to find parts to fix it cheap...going to go back stock.

Yep, I rebuilt mine by reading a Haynes manual and asking a few questions here. One thing you might overlook is that you shouldn't reuse the pinion shaft lock pin, so go grab one from a FORD dealership for around 2 bucks. Also, O'reilly Auto Parts lists a gasket for the 8.8" rear diff cover for around $5... almost as cheap as RTV and way less messy

I have all the Ford service CDs from '92-99, and they show exactly how to set up the gears. I make copies for $5 ea, or $6 if you want one with a printed label (not a sticker).
