hallo-wheeling

I was out at paragon again last weekend.
Saturday was quite the day, we ran with 6 other fullsizes (including 3 other broncos), one early bronco, 3 zuks, 2 cherokee's and 4 or 5 jeeps. It was quite the odd group, especially since everyone was built up very differently from the next, but there were no stockers, and we didnt have to use a strap once!

I dont even know where to start right now it was just amazing. We got about 160 pics from the day till my memory card took a crap. Actually, i just saw them for hte first time myself about an hour ago. It was quite difficult finding a program to retrieve all those pics when the file table on the disk was damaged.

But anyway, on to the pics!

here's a cool pic of steve's '79 with a '76 grill on it:

scary!!!

there was an awesome water/mud hole that we all played in, but my 'camera man' was nowhere to be found when i went through. (all the zuks and a couple jeeps took on water when they went through it )
This is the last pic my camera took before the card took a crap on me. its a shot of the EB going through that same hole.

About a half hour later, my fan clutch went, the truck overheated, and i burned a finger on my right hand due to hot coolant. Ended up limping out of the park and putting a new fan clutch on while my buddy aired up the tires. Afterwards we went out and bought a new card so we could take pics on sunday.
saturday's Pics
Sunday morning i installed a new water pump, so i didnt get to the park in time to ride with those guys, although i heard tales of mass carnage for the second day. Some of them never made it out there, as apparently there were alot of broken parts saturday too.

sunday i rode with a bunch of smaller jeeps, but i still got to run some awesome trails i had never been on before. It was kinda rainiy though, so i dont have that many pics from the day.
sunday's pics
I have a short vid. from sunday of me coming down some rocks. i just need to get it online and ill link it.

Steve's g/f took a bunch of pics, but theyre not online yet. The kid w/ the EB has 50 or so that will be online soon, too. And there were a coupe video cameras scattered around amongst the group, so i might have more video, too

Re: hallo-wheeling

lol, i didnt. the fan clutch was shot, i had to replace it sat. night. Sunday morning i got up and did an inspection of the truck while it was running. Thats when i noticed my pump was seeping, so i bought/installed a new water pump sunday morning before going out again.

Re: hallo-wheeling

some of those trails must be for stockers--stock Range Rover and a H2. How'd they do up there?

Re: hallo-wheeling

Hmm, i didnt notice those pics.
Those are from Steve/kristy on sunday. They ran with stockers on sunday, and since i didnt get into the park till 11, i got slapped in with a bunch of moderately-lifted jeeps.

Re: hallo-wheeling

I play with it every once and a while, but nothing really worth any pics. Ive been gathering parts for it, and id like to have most of the suspension work done before i start bringing it anywhere to go wheelin.
