Re: Got ridiculous?

Ha, that's so funny you posted this muddy, more and more I am seeing silly stuff like this. I guess I won't create my own post...I wish I had my camera with me yesterday...my "got ridiculous" sighting involved an Excursion with (I'm guessing) about 14" of lift. It looked to have blocks in back that were apx. 6" tall, maybe more. It had an aero wing (Chrome) on top in the back! The tires I think were maybe 35" and looked very dinky on this POS. They weren't just a normal 35" though. They looked to be about 35" in height, but had a mild tread, just like your picture truck here Muddy, and they looked to be somewhat of a lower profile tire, like maybe a 60 series type tire.
Of course he had them mounted on some bling blingity chorme 17" wheels too. Tons o shocks and some chrome underneath to boot.

It was totally...

Re: Got ridiculous?

Somewhere in my general area is a 92-96 pickup with those big rig tires on em. Looks like crap if ya ask me.

And since theJuice is on the topic of Excursions....Last weekend i saw one with a ton of lift. So much lift in fact, that the 38s that i thought it was running turned out to be 44s!

I've seen trucks like that... that's when you KNOW you're just lifting it to make up for lacking something else!
