My typical weekend adventure...long - pics

So, Here ya have it.
My typical Saturday and Sunday,
unless we have a run or race somewhere.

Planted in our favorite parking spot.
Not usually anyone else around in this upper lot, so the doogies can roam freely.
They are anxiously awaiting deployment of their bumpers.
Those green things are my "mid-size" 208cm Super G's I'll be flying on today.

Yep, conditions look good, albeit a bit warm....around 28.
That's The Great Divide...no more than 20 minutes from our driveway.

Well, as usual the weather changed a bit while I was on the slopes.
Note all the snow on the trees now.
Fortunately, all that ice actually does act as good insulation!

Hmmmm, Josephine has also found a little bit of new snow.
Hope I don't have to tow her out.

Ahhhh, back on da road. Cruisin' along.

With faithful co-pilot, Auggie Doggie, and the sun poking through again.

Well, that was short-lived.
Better back er off a bit. Starting to snow again.
Note all the traffic I have to contend with.

Thought I'd post this in this area, instead of tying up the other forum.
Besides, it's been awful slow here lately.

Re: My typical weekend adventure...long - pics

Looks like a great weekend WD40, I spent mine with my pups also. I'll have to get some pics up, We went to a local state park and wrestled in the snow for hours. We harnessed Magnus to a sled and let him pull my 2 year old around. Great fun! On a side note the park wasn't plowed and we were the first ones in there so we got break trail for the lesser vehicles (you know the ones I'm speaking of)jk

Hey, Muddybronco and mobyguzzer:
Thanks for checkin' in.
I thought this forum would kinda take off for general and OT discussions, but it ain't goin' very far.

Man, 72! I'm not ready for that yet.
We've got 2 "snow" runs planned for this month.

And, yes, the "doogies" (that's a TheJuice term ) are always along for my ski trips.
Soon as they see me grab anything that remotely resembles ski equipment, they go bonkers!

Re: My typical weekend adventure...long - pics

Well WD40 I'm actually headed somewhat your way this weekend. Going to head to the family cabin out west almost to the Montana border but not quite. I'll be towing the beater bronco II out for some trail riding. They have some great trails there, some a bit too hard core for any of my rigs at the moment but I'm sure we'll have a great time and hopefully no more carnage, I need a break from buying parts.

Cool! Let's see some wheelin' pics!
Man, have things warmed up here the past couple days.
You may not have to worry about too much snow anymore, unless you get above 6,000'.
