Give the ALLCAPS a break - it indicates shouting, and no one likes to be shouted at. If you read the "Read this before posting" post, there are a lot of tips for how to get your questions answered.

In answer to the question: probably not.

Re: 2003 F250 WILL 35s FIT WITH NO LIFT??

i've heard rumors of 35's fitting on narrow wheels under the new superduty trucks, and a 315 isnt much bigger than that 305 that you know works, so you could probably get away with it. for street use, you can measure a truck with 305's on it and see how close the front tire comes to the body at a certain point, and if you've got an inch or two there then the 315's should fit on that truck also. that's not a good way to check for offroad use fitment, but for street use it should suffice.

Re: 2003 F250 WILL 35s FIT WITH NO LIFT??

So far in all my searching the biggest tires that will fit without at least a leveling kit is 285/75r16 or 305/70r16. With a leveling kit I have been told that you can fit 305/75r16 or 315/70r16. I am not sure on any of this, but am looking at buying new tires soon and will definitely get the biggest tire I can fit. Right now I have 265/75r16's and there is a couple inches to spare so I am pretty confident in the 285's fitting.
