Rought idle 88\' f-150

I start my truck in the moring and the idle will rev up and down, getting higher and lower each time until it cuts off. Also some times driving at 45 to 50 mph the engine rpms will drop about 500 then jump back up.
I've changed plugs, rotor, cap plug wires, oil, and air filter. Also looked for loose wire connections. Help

Sounds like the IAC is searching. Have you pulled the codes & tested any of the sensors? A Haynes manual tells how. $12
