looking at buying \'66

I am looking at a 1966 Bronco and will mostly use it as a daily driver (already have a off-roader and you can probably guess what it is). Anyway...I've always liked the earlier broncos and have finally decided to trade in my PU for one. Only thing is I don't want to get into the same boat I did with my 74 cj-5. I later found out after i bought it that 76 and up jeeps are much easier to get parts for. So...what are the drawbacks of a 66 to say a 70+ (remember its only going to be a daily driver FOR NOW.

Re: looking at buying \'66

66 to 71 broncos used a dana 30 axle and late 71 to 77 used a dana 44 and 76 and 77 had disk brakes on the front. 66 to 68 had a 289 V-8 and late 68 to 77 had a 302 as for body parts most are interchangeable and they are a hoot. mine is a 66 w/351W and 4 spd. top loader disk and power brakes. Bill
