slim tail lights? help

wondering if any of you guys have a pair of rear tail lights that came in the early fords, they look skinny
kinda like this or somethin?

also, my uncle wants to sell me a 79 f100, i know its only 2wd, but its got a 351 windsor (spelling) and 8mpg i think. how hard would it be to convert to SFA and 4wd? or should i do a prerunner thing?

help
