78 Bronco Dana 44 Under a 70

What's involved in putting a Dana 44 from a 78 Bronco under my 70 Bronco? I am considering buying one from someone I know, is it worth it? Sorry, but I don't know what he wants for it yet, that would probably help with answering the last question.
