Mounting MSD Ignition Control Pn 6200 6A

thanks for the reply's my2nd78 & broncomania. I know it really didn't matter which transfer case I had, I just wanted to avoid purchasing too much TC lube.

My next investment for the Bronc is the MSD Ignition. I'm going with the Ignition Control Pn. 6200 6A, Blaster TFI Coil Pn. 8227, 8.5mm Super Conductor Wire Set Pn. 31329, and the Harness Pn. 8874. My question is can anyone tell me where they mounted their Ignition Control? A picture would also be great if possible. Thanks.

p.s. I was thinking about adding a Jet Module Pn.89405. Any pro/cons out there?

Mike

I bolted a rectangular aluminum plate to the plastic inner left hand wheel well cover just ahead of the master cylinder, and then bolted the box to that, However your later model set-up may be different than my 86, also my crane box is fully potted so its vibration and waterproof, not sure thats an ideal location for the 6A, MSD has an off-road box but very pricey!

What year is your Bronco? It helps to fill out your profile. I have a '93 and I mounted mine vertically on the passenger side on the inner fender that way it's close to the battery. Sorry no pic but I hope this helps.
