Re: ford parts ?

Are they Custom, XL, XLT, Eddie Bauer? What parts are bad on each truck? What colors are the interiors? What engines do they have? What transmissions? What rims/tires? Do they have power windows or locks? Is the F-150 a 4WD? Bench or captain's chairs? 6' or 8' bed? Dual tanks? Are the Bronco's tailgate and rear window OK? Campershell?

Re: chairs & console

I've seen some tan chairs around here somewhere. I'll try to track them down again.

What exactly do you mean by "tracks"? The unpainted slide system that lets the seat move back & forth (I've never seen one broken), or the black bases that bolt to the floor (I've replaced more than one in my truck)? I know I have some bases, and I might have some slides.

Re: chairs & console

It's the part that bolts to the floor. I thought the track and bolt down were all one piece?

again, thanks,

Re: chairs bases

They're originally riveted together, but I added slides to my passenger seat (another mod I reccommend), so I have some bases left over. It's easy to reassemble them with 1/4-20x3/4 phillips panhead screws and crimped(locking) nuts. You can have a pair for the driver's side for $5 more than the shipping, or a passenger's base for $20 sh. My ZIP is 38118 and you can measure yours to get an idea of the size of box it will take - then check ups.com & usps.com for rates.

ford parts

the 88 f-150 is two wheel drive. i have already taken the engine. 4 speed manuel tranny good. bed and cab are good. grey bench seat interior. front end collision, frame and fenders/hood are no good. bronco, also front end damage. not and xlt. maroon interior. good cap, driver seat worn, but otherwise inerior is good. 300 six cyl, almost brand new carb for a 75, no electric crap, overdrive manuel and transfer case, with approx 40k after rebuild. good rear, 8.8 with 3.08 with anti-sway bar. tailgate not bad, has repair panel installed, window works well, but window is slightly scratched from old rear gasket. any more specific requirements, just ask. passenger side fender collision with a tree. fender/hood, no good. brand new gas tank in bronco installed 2 months ago. need money to finish new truck, make an offer on anything.

Re: chairs bases

Steve83, thanks for the offer on sending me those parts, however I finally found a "yard" that is worth my time. Went ahead and got 2 complete captain chairs and a bunch of odds and ends for $360.00.
