90 302 efi/bored 60 over / K&N filter / crane 1:6 rocker rollers / electric fan / approx 5000 miles on motor new fuel pump-pressure regulator-fuel injectors-alternator/
I just added a msd 6a ignition / msd blaster tfi coil / holly tfi module / msd heli-core plug wires.
when i really get into it the check engine light comes on just prior to shift point. Could i be running lean?
also should i get a different alternator that puts out more, since the output drops when engine is idealing?
Since it's been sub-zero here in kansas i haven't wanted to get out and run a code scan to see what the computer is saying.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
