Hey everyone. I have a question about the transfer case for my 89 f-250. I keep eating the 1356's. One blew the cage from the planetary out the bottom of the case. The other one has some sort of a yet to be determened problem. Anyway my question is; how hard is it to mate a 205 to the manual. (5 speed) Or is the transfer case plenty strong and have I just had bad luck lately? The transfer case is the manual shift version and I have a 460 in the truck. I haven't done any performance work to the engine. Just a K&N and cutting out the air restrictors. I don't have any lift right now and like around a 32 or 33". So I don't think I am binding any u joints or anything like that. Anyway I thank you all for any help or thoughts on this.
