Front wheel falls off

That should get someones attention, 1983 f-150 4wd, right front wheel keeps comeing loose, the lugs won't stay tight. We have broken 2 rims and changed all the studs already. what is next? The rotor or the hub assembly? Or something else.

Re: Front wheel falls off

Wow that is different, I usually have troble getting the dang things off! I actually use anti seize on the wheel studs to keep the lug nuts from binding up. I do this with all 4 of my vehicles and have never had a problem.

Maybe try a little dab of purple (low strength) or blue (medium strength) loctite on the threads.
