u-bolts

hey guys...im from the toyota board. i had a question for them and no one had an answer so i decided to ask in a more practical place....

im looking to get a u-bolt flip kit for my toyota pickup which uses actual U shaped bolts instead of square shaped ones.....and i have noticed that every ford i see has these style of u bolts. incase you dont know what i mean for whatever reason, im talking about the u bolts that point upwards and not down. i was wondering if they are 3" inside to inside. if they are infact 3" im going to get some from the junkyard to mount some new leafsprings i have.

thanks a bunch

Re: u-bolts

I would just go to the local spring shop and tell them what you need and they can bend you up a set of u-bolts. I think I got all mine for like $30.00
