Anyone wired in an A9L themselves

I've been working on rewiring my stock ECU harness to run the A9L computer. I was wondering if anyone else has done this before because Im running into a few problems with the STI and STO the A9L only uses 2 wires where the stock bronco (92 5.8 w/E4OD) uses 5 or 6. I'm BADLY in need of help. I got the truck running, but it's running rough, not sure where my problem is. I'd appreciate any help I can get. Thanks

Rob
