Bronco exhaust

I just bought a 90 Bronco with a 351W. I want to convert it to true duel exhaust but the only kits I can find have 2 1/4 tube size. Does anyone have info on where i can buy kits with minimum 2.5 tube size (would prefer 3 inch) or even where i can have some tubes custom bent?

Re: Bronco exhaust

Go to your local muffler shop. They should be able to point you in the right direction or possibly make you a custom kit just for that truck. Watch your tube sizes though, the bigger you go the more you have to worry about adequet backpressure.

yeah man, i would think twice about going 3" on dual exhaust, way too big, unleast you have a bi-turbo under tha hood, if i was you go for the 2 1/4 or any kit... anyway its always better 2 than 1, at any reasonabe size...

Re: Bronco exhaust

2 1/2 into one 3" works great on these trucks. Here's a link on how it looks: web page Check out six's superford site too. He did the same system on his Bronco.

Re: Bronco exhaust

duals are difficult to run properly on a bronco due to the tcase. a single exhaust will perform better then duals in your application.
