I need a definitive answer on a gearing question

Its almost time for a new set of tires for my truck (+40k on my maxxis mudders), and I'll probably step up to a 33x12.5x15. At this point, I think I'll regear to 4.11. I've done a little research and I can do a straight swap in the 8.8, but I'll need a new carrier for the d44. I'll be low on funds at that point, so does anyone know of just a plain open carrier that I can put in the d44? I don't plan on locking it in the future and it'll sure save some dough by going open, but I can't seem to find any. Thanks in advance!

Re: I need a definitive answer on a gearing question

Call Randy's 1 800 347 1188 x 5563. That's Gus's extention. I haven't bought anything from him yet but he spent the time and made sure to explain everything to me. He ended up saving me money because I though I'd have to go with new carriers too. It turns out that they make "thick" gears for some applications in which you can re use the stock carrier. Anyway Gus is a cool guy. Shoot him some bidness.
