Volunteer Firefighting at its Best

Well tongiht at about 10:30 my dad got a page for a fire alarm at a house WAY back in the woods. It was raining real bad and when we got there we had trouble getting to the house because the driveway was so muddy. It didnt look to bad so we brought in two pumper trucks. It ended up only being an alarm so we went to leave. As we did so the sky fell out. The driveway became 20 times more muddy than when we came in. My dad's 2wd silverado barley made it, and one pumper was stuck fairly bad. After hours of work we finaly got it out- an 8274 and a Powerstroke. Got home at around 2 am after somethign that should have taken 30 minutes. Needless to say we will be washing trucks tomorrow.
