Tailgate tent photos for those who asked

http://www.superford.org/getfile.php...ize&f=.jpg

I've been bugged by a lot of people for more photos of my signature tailgate tent from other angles and stages of erection. The last ones died on my last hard drive, never to be salvaged. Here are the new ones;

Enjoy

Is that a homemade job, or did you buy that from somewhere (or did you say and I missed it)? Pretty Snazzy either way.

Nope

I done bought it several years ago here;

http://www.eatel.net/~dacinc/fstents.html

The man assured me in his Southern accent that "It'd keep me three feet off the snakes" and damned if he wasn't right !

And no I don't have stock in the company, in fact they'll tell you it doesn't fit Broncos with a swing away spare, but I'm here to tell you it does, and fine.

I really like this tent as it takes up no space to carry with you on trips and keep the West Nile outside. Now I just have to buy some of those RV type screens frames to put in my front windows at night.

Thanks Norm

It's never leaked on me yet, even when I parked a little nose up one night and it was coming down sideways.

Is that up in the Arctic by where you are? It looks beautifull. BTW: Happy Canaday Day!

Nope, but thanks

me and the Eddie have been down since Summer 2000 from Baffin Island.

That's my back yard 20 miles south of Ottawa, Ontario. Canada's capital city. I'm just 30 miles/minutes North of the New York state border at Ogdensburg. Near the 1000 islands on the St.Lawrence seaway which dumps into lake Ontario.

You want to see beautiful check out Sandbanks provincial park an hour and half from here right on the end of Prince Edward County (not island, like out East, that's nice too), sticking 25 miles out into Lake Ontario....that is heaven on earth !

You could probably find it on their website or under a link at the town of Picton's website.

I never even noticed Norm

There wouldn't have been any offence taken anyway, I'm lucky when I don't hit two keys with these paws as it is.

Thanks for the well wishes and same for you and everyone else in America Sunday on your Independence Day !

Me and all Canadians are happy to have you as our neighbours. For all our supposed differences, there probably aren't two nations more alike in the world. Maybe England and Scotland, but not likely.

I've got to win some money and see more of America, I always enjoy trips when I travel down. Been to Seattle, Stow Vermont and quite bit of upstate New York but I want to see a whole lot more.

Maybe I'll drive down when I pick up my soft top(future), buy some new mag wheels and get my A/C repaired too ! Getting those things down there would practically pay for my vacation, compared to buying them here.
