D60 Update

Heres some update pics of my project... When our Hero last left off his Pitman arm was dirrectly above the differential which could have resulted in an inability to steer if sufficient force were able to push the arm into the steering box. I cut 3" off the frame extention I had made and moved the shackles rearward about 4" for a total of 4" reduction in length. All lines up nicely now.

Re: D60 Update

Here's the new leaf hanger location. Since I grinded to fit them before I just swapped sides and did a little grinding on the body mount to fit.

I plan on a Hydro assist in the future but don't trust Full Hydro on the Highway. I will drive to and From wherever I'm going. Alot of places I like to wheel don't always end in the same place and Nevada is mostly BLM land which lets me wheel new areas to my hearts content. I'm always open to new suggestions and as you know change my mind often but that usually stops when the moneys exchanged hands and the frame cutting has begun. I think my tierod is screaming for a hydro ram but that will have to wait. There are many other things that must come first. Thank You for all your help. Past and Present.
