OT: Checkin\' in

Hi everyone. I just wanted to check in and let everyone know I'm still alive. I'm moved in to the new house and still have no cable or phone service . So that is why I haven't been around. Also I haven't had the chance to check in before now. Did you know that there is alot of crap to do when moving into a new house? so far I've built my entertainment center and moved alot of boxes and tore a spot on my brand new lenolium floor . Yeah, the wife was less than enthused with that one. Lucky for me my uncle is a floor guy and said that patching my F up will be no problem. As far as Bronco stuff I'm thinking about dashing my 44" dreams and compromising to 38's. I remember seeing a 5 lug conversion somewhere for the D60 and think the 9" will work good with the 60 up front for 38's. I still like the dueler Tcase Idea though. I've also recently learned that going with a big block TBI would be a good way to go as it can be tuned down and up a hell of alot easier than the 350 TBI which is good for about 350 Cubes and that's about it. I can't wait to do this and see how it all works. I'm praying for more power. Well that's about it for now. Take Care untill I get my cable modem between 12 and 5 this Friday. Cool Norm!
Get us some pics of the new digs, and most importantly, the new shop.
Well, once you unpack all your tools and organize them.

Ahhhhhhh!!!! The Cable Guy!!!!!

Finally got a chance to use em.

Re: OT: Checkin\' in

Glad to hear you survived the move. I did the same this summer, same story, no time to do much of anything except move boxes. I moved into a rural area, some really good off road areas up here, but the local gestapo sure get upset when you " trespass" into publicly owned gravel pits which are leased out for big bucks to sand and gravel companies. I learned this lesson years ago on an ATV so I don't take the chance, but it still annoys me. My new tailgate and glass on my Bronco got sacrificed due to a miscalculation involving unstrapping a car on a trailer behind my truck. Stupid, Stupid. Hope everything comes together over there, I'll work on my project and hopefully I'll have some time to participate in this board in the future.

Re: OT: Checkin\' in

Ditto. Been here a month and the "to do" list is just getting longer. Killer trails all around and no time to ride 'em. Maybe after I jack and re-foot the garage I'll take a weekend off and hit the hills.
