LOL, nah, I've used the welder and plasma WAY more than that and only seen an increase of a couple bucks in my bill.

Jugger, BFE = bum (blank) Egypt. IOW, the middle of nowhere.

i find the one use for a TTB, cut it up for a diff cover
betcha im th eonly one here that destroyes a solid HPd44 [img]images/graemlins/burnout.gif[/img]

It almost looks like he is checking out what his tube thickness actually was, seeing as he had bent his. (oh man, sorry Norm, that sounds real bad! [img]images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] [img]images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img])

Muddy found a great link to a guy that has the most comprehensive group of pics/writeups discussing the various types of solid 44's out there. Very interesting.

So Burned, what tube thickness did you find there? between 1/4" and 1/2", with no tube where the spring hangar goes?

Very nice!

You've got power right there for that fluorescent fixture...tap off and put a nice colored bulb for a backlight behind the art piece.
