13,000\' lift

My bronc has got me higher than I've ever been without flying. See Attach. from last weekend trip. Almost 13,000'

Trail back down and valley off in the distance. Valley is 8k'. We were above the trees.

That's one of the few places to get into the Sangri De Cristo's other than Blanca. It's Taylor Creek so I'd call it Taylor canyon. Three lakes: Hermit, Horseshoe, & Eureka. It used to be a pass but is closed at the top to the west to hikers only. But Shhssss! it my secret spot, only about 1 1/2 hrs. from home.

Pic of closed sign at the top did not ruin my Rocky Mtn. High.
