Don't think so, not unless you want to do something custom.

Edit, if you haven't done so already, might be best to post this in the ford general section. The 8.8 you are refering to would be for Explorers, which I am less familiar with. but, to my knowledge it is all 5 lug. maybe there is a way to drill one out for a 6 lug application.

What you seemed to forget about is the axle is 5 lug. 5 on 5 I think. A six lug rotor would require a six lug axle. If the axle was the only problem then you could drill out the rotor, well you could get the axle drilled out to accept the six lug pattern, but why? You can do the quick fix of adapters I wouldn't.
