so which end should i put at the T case, and which at the front axle? any ideas? its gonna be abused thoughly, as you guys can guess which rig its for.

it is pissing me off as i have worked on about evrything else under the sun but the bronco recently. pulled two engines and transaxles today, lifted a jeep till 3am this morning, and have been working on the zuk in the inbetween time, and trying to keep my f250 road worthy.

Re: drivehaft ramblings.

Put the smaller dia (slider) at the diff so water can't collect in the larger (stanction, WD??) tube.

Re: drivehaft ramblings.

How was your existing one set up?
Mine's got the smaller "slip-shaft" portion at the t-case end.

Am I the only person who CAN'T see the splines?

I'd put the big end at the t-case.

Re: drivehaft ramblings.

it looks to me like the inner half of the shaft is square, in which case i guess it wouldnt need splines.
For a dedicated 'wheeler id think it would be ok, but id definitely run the smaller half down (as shilo suggested) so it doesnt get packed with crud as easily. Im assuming you have a grease fitting on there somewhere? (cant see one in the pics)
