There are bolts on the backside of your bumper where it bolts to the frame that you can use to adjust it.

how did it get like that? try using a jack after you loosen the bolts... have you tried lowering the other side to even it out?
for future refrence to prevent this from happening get a sticker that reads "No Fat Chicks On Bumper"

Re: hey how can i fix this?

there are the two bolts that hold the bumper to the frame and two bolts that hold the actual bumper to the flat bar that bolts to the frame. unless your bumper is tweaked you can get about 1.5 inched out of the two.

Re: hey how can i fix this?

Either the bumper or the bracket is bent. Can't tell from that angle if it's the bumper. If the bracket is bent you can try to staighten it or widen the slot so you can square it up.

Re: hey how can i fix this?

your bumper bracket is probably bent, that's what happened to mine and it didnt take much. you can take it off and flatten it, but it might also be the lips of the bumper that that bracket attach to.. they also bend easily. this is the reason i took mine off, every little impact would bend it, but i wish you luck

Re: hey how can i fix this?

well you can do what i originally did and add some washers to the top bolt between the bumper and the frame. this will cause the bumper to pivot upward as you tighten the bolts, which should fix it
