85 f150 4x4 question

i have a f150 with a 4in lift and i am have problems with it stalling though mud pits but it will start 5min later it has a 302 any idea's. also what could i do to get the front end to travel more it seems to be stiff like there is a sway bar, it is an 85 with the twin beam set up, anything.
and is there any where else in mich to off road besides the dunes

Your distributer is propabaly getting wet.
GO to the mounds in lansing, the badlands in attica IN, and theres lot in the UP

I would bet it was your distributer getting wet like Burned said. I have heard of people taking the distributer cap off and spraying WD40 on the rotor and contacts to repel the water.

You can also get a distributor boot off a Crown Vic or other V-8 car.

Well i no it's not the cap because i sealed it and made shur that it could breath so anything else.
Still looking for an ansewer about why the front feels like it has a sway bar and won't flex.
