do you guys think a F-series tailgate would work on a bronco body since they have basically the same rear end design?

Maybe if you used the bronco hinges, but you'd probably have a lot of trouble with the latches. WHY??? [img]images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

Why the swapout? for a lighter end on the truck with less BS to deal with...and if i run a soft top,i dont want to drill into the bronco gate....you think thats all i would haveta deal with? just the latches?

They are two very different tailgates. I think the pickup gates are a bit wider but don't quote me on that. The hinges are different as well as the latches. Doesn't hurt to try though.

I'll let you use mine as a donor tailgate.

I can't even get it to wrok on a pickup so good luck gettin it on a Bronco

Thank god for bungee cords!
