Polyurethane Bar Stock

Does anyone have any idea on where to buy Polyurethane Bar Stock. I'm thinking about doing this 1" body lift. Maybe an inch and a half. lol. If anyone knows where to buy this stuff please let me know. NORM

Re: Polyurethane Bar Stock

I've seen what looked to be poly bars from a pal that messed around with aluminum for big radio attennas....i dont really know what it was composed of but will ask where he found it and how thick it is. Apparently, they use that stuff to plug the ends of pipe...I will ask him if its commonly available or if he was just being random with his usuage.

Try this as a lead:

http://www.sdplastics.com/polyuret.html

The guy I mentioned got some from a group of enthusiasts that use it for skid/dampening of their antennas, so I dont know if they pooled together and bought a bunch or if these two companies sell small batches, but they DO make the stuff you want.

Those are two great links! Thanx birddog! I'm on my way! I've got inchitus in a big way man. I'm thinking 6" coils, 1" body and build the rear to suit. That'll fit the 37s!
